Komputer merupakan momok yang sangat menakutkan bagi anda yang selalu
bekerja dengan komputer. Setiap hari selalu bermunculan virus-virus
varian baru yang siap mengancam keamanan PC anda. Apalagi PC yang
selalu terkoneksi dengan internet.
Walaupun PC tersebut sudah dibentengi
dengan Software anti virus namun takkan menjamin PC anda bebas dari
serangan virus karena anti virus mempunyai keterbatasaan dalam
mendeteksi aneka macam virus.
Klik Next. Masukan serial key yang terdapat dalam folder deepfreeze.
Deep Freeze ialah sebuah software yang mencegah perubahan permanen apapun yang dilakukan pada PC anda. Deep Freeze mempunyai dua mode: Froozen dan Thawed. Ketika Deep Freeze dalam mode Froozen, perubahan apapun yang telah dilakukan pada PC akan dilupakan ketika PC di-restart. Ketika Deep Freeze dalam mode Thawed, perubahan apapun yang telah dilakukan pada PC akan dipertahankan ketika PC di-restart. Saat membuat perubahan pada PC, seperti meng-install software atau melakukan update, computer harus dalam keadaan mode Thawed. Reboot/restart dilakukan jika ada perubahan pada PC anda. Misalnya, anda mau meng-install software atau meng-update software(misal: Anti Virus) panggil Deep Freeze pilih dalam mode Boot Thawed lalu restart setelah restart PC berada dalam mode Thawed dan anda bisa meng-install software yang dibutuhkan, setelah selesai panggil Deep Freeze, pilih mode Boot Frozen lalu restart kembali. PC anda akan kembali dalam mode Frozen.
Deep Freeze Membutuhkan…
Deep Freeze membutuhkan minimal Windows 95/98/Me/2000/Xp dan 10% ruang Hard Disk. Untuk hardware sama seperti yang direkomendasikan pada Sistem Operasi masing-masing Windows.
Meng-install Deep Freeze Standard
Untuk mencobanya kehebatan dari Deep Freeze, coba anda menghapus atau merubah toolbar, mengganti gambar pada desktop, atau yang lebih mahir mengubah registry. Semua perubahan akan hilang ketika PC di-restart, dengan catatan Deep Freeze dalam keadaan mode Frozen.
Mengakses/memanggil dialog pengendalian Deep Freeze
DeepFreeze tidak bisa melindungi PC jika booting pada Floopy Drive atau CD-ROM Drive. Registry Windows dilindungi melalui dalam Window
Walaupun PC tersebut sudah dibentengi
dengan Software anti virus namun takkan menjamin PC anda bebas dari

Sebenarnya Software ini sudah lama dikeluarkan namun masih banyak yang belum mengetahui keampuhannya.
Semenjak menggunakan Deep Freeze
helmstandart tak perlu khawatir lagi bila bermain-main dengan PC apalagi
internet karena surfing tanpa meninggalkan jejak virus di PC. Setelah
PC kita restart maka data kita akan kembali seperti semula. Namun untuk
menjalankan software ini perlu perlakukan khusus agar bisa berjalan
sesuai dengan keinginan kita.
Namun apabila salah pengaplikasiannya
segala data yang kita baru diketik meski telah disimpan maka setelah PC
loading kembali data tersebut akan hilang. Begitu pula jika kita
menginstall program baru maka program tersebut tidak ditemukan saat PC
dijalankan kembali, pun demikian dengan data yang diimport dari website.
Untuk mendapatkan software Deep Freeze bisa didownload. Link Download ada dibawah ini pilih salah satu.
Sebelum menjalankan program Deep Freeze perlu diperhatikan langkah-langkah di bawah ini :
Klik file Program Faronics DeepFreeze yang telah di download. Kemudian akan muncul display seperti di bawah ini.
Klik Next. Masukan serial key yang terdapat dalam folder deepfreeze.
Pilih folder yang akan di proteksi c , d atau mau keduannya klik next. Disarankan hanya memproteksi Drive C saja.
Pilih install dan tunggu sampai proses selesai.
Setelah selesai,set passwordnya biar aman.caranya tahan shift klik 2x icon beruang di pojok kanan, klik ok tanpa password.
Klik password dan masukan password anda,klik ok boleh,klik aplly and reboot juga boleh. bedanya klo klik ok komputer tidak langsung restart.

Selanjutnya secara otomatis PC melakukan proses booting.
Apabila ingin menginstall program baru disaat Program Deep Freeze masih dalam keadaan aktif maka program baru tersebut akan hilang saat PC dihidupkan kembali. Demikian juga apabila PC/Laptop kita terjangkit virus, maka setelah PC/Laptop di restart, virus akan hilang dengan sendirinya. Untuk mengatasinya non aktifkan program Deep Freeze tersebut dengan cara tekan tombol shift + double klik mouse icin Deep Freeze yang terdapat di sudut kanan bawah taskbar, abaikan password. Klik OK

1. Dobel klik file DeepFreezeSTDEval.exe untuk memulai proses installasi. Installasi Deep Freeze Standard akan menampilkan menu.
2. Pilih drive mana yang mau di-Freeze (saran: sebaiknya hanya pada Drive C), klik Install untuk memulai meng-installasi. Ikuti langkah-langkah yang muncul. Baca dan terima persetujuan lisensi. Pada akhir peng-installan, PC akan reboot/restart. Setelah reboot Deep Freeze sudah di-install.
3. Sesudah reboot, sebuah pesan pengisian Password akan muncul. Pesan ini mengijinkan anda memasukkan kata kunci atau bahasa kerennya password untuk Deep Freeze. Pesan ini akan muncul selama 10 detik. Jika anda tidak memasukkan password sebelum pesannya menghilang, anda bisa mengaturnya nanti alias masukin kata passwordnya nanti saja.
